Description

While in the village of Montepulciano in Tuscany, I was impressed with the number of resident elderly men and women who came out to the main square before dusk to mix with parents and children of all ages. Here it was a customary gathering of the community every evening, where no one held a cell phone, children jumped rope and played tag, while adults chatted about their day.
